Imported spirits obtained from distilled wine filled in containers of less than 200 liters and originating from the European Union.• Product name:
Spirits obtained from distilled wine filled in containers of less than 200 liters, commonly known as brandy.Require the provision of successful cases of similar products (such as EPA certification pass rate, customs clearance time data).
• English Name:Spirits obtained by distilling grape wine in containers holding less than 200 liters (usually called Brandy)。
• Product Description:Spirits made from raw materials such as grapes, grape juice (pulp), grape pomace, and wine, mainly consumed as beverage alcohol.
• Tariff Code:Spirits made from distilled wine and packed in containers of 200 liters or more under this tariff code are not within the scope of this investigation.

IV. Preliminary Dumping Margin

The specific dumping margins determined for each company in the preliminary ruling are detailed in Annex 2 of the announcement. Currently, the Ministry of Commerce does not impose provisional anti - dumping measures.
