Brazilian ports:

The freight, the TAX ID (CNPJ) of CNEE/NOTIFY, HS CODE, NCM NO. and tare weight must be shown on the bill of lading. Telex release & SEAWAY BILL & release of bill of lading at the port of destination are not accepted. Only original bills of lading will be issued.

Argentine ports:

The HS CODE (NCM NO) (select the highest - value product for multiple item names) must be shown on the bill of lading. According to customs regulations, the HS CODE must be shown on the bill of lading. Failure to do so will result in a fine. Show the complete name, address, TEL/FAX/TAX ID (CUIT NO) of SHPR/CNEE/NOTIFY. Telex release & SEAWAY BILL are not allowed. Only original bills of lading will be issued. Release of bill of lading at the port of destination is accepted.

Mexican ports:

The TEL/FAX/TAX ID of SHPR/CNEE/NOTIFY must be shown on the bill of lading. Telex release & SEAWAY BILL are accepted. Release of bill of lading at the port of destination is not accepted.

Chilean ports:

It must be shown on the bill of ladingMaritime TransportationFee, the TAX ID of CNEE/NOTIFY. Telex release & SEAWAY BILL are not accepted. Only original bills of lading will be issued. Release of bill of lading at the port of destination is accepted.

Uruguayan ports:

The 4 - digit HS CODE of all product names must be shown on the bill of lading. The name, address, and tax number of the SHPR must be shown. The name, address, and tax number (RUT NO) of the cnee must be shown. The name, address, telephone number, and tax number (RUT NO) of the NOTIFY must be shown. Telex release & SEAWAY BILL are not accepted, and release of bills of lading at the port of destination is accepted.

Colombian ports:

The name/address/TEL/FAX/TAX ID (NIT NO) of CNEE/NOTIFY must be shown on the bill of lading. CNEE must be a local company in Colombia. Telex release & SEAWAY BILL are not accepted. Only original bills of lading will be issued. Release of bill of lading at the port of destination is accepted.

Dominican ports:

The freight, the TAX ID (NIT NO) of SHPR/CNEE/NOTIFY must be shown on the bill of lading. If the product name is tires, the chassis number and production date need to be shown on the bill of lading. Telex release & SEAWAY BILL are not accepted. Only original bills of lading will be issued. Release of bill of lading at the port of destination is accepted.

Venezuelan ports:

The TAX ID of CNEE/NOTIFY needs to be provided on the bill of lading. Telex release & SEAWAY BILL are not accepted. Only original bills of lading will be issued. Release of bill of lading at the port of destination is accepted.

Peruvian ports:

The freight must be shown on the bill of lading. Only original bills of lading are accepted, and release of bills of lading at the port of destination is accepted.

Ecuadorian ports:

The TAX ID of CNEE/NOTIFY needs to be provided on the bill of lading. Telex release & SEAWAY BILL are not accepted. Release of bill of lading at the port of destination is accepted.

Costa Rican ports:

The freight must be shown on the bill of lading. Telex release & SEAWAY BILL are not accepted. Release of bill of lading at the port of destination is accepted.

Jamaican ports:

Telex release & SEAWAY BILL are accepted. Release of bill of lading at the port of destination is not accepted.

Honduran ports:

Telex release & SEAWAY BILL are not accepted. Only original bills of lading will be issued. Release of bill of lading at the port of destination is accepted.

Guayaquil ports:

The TAX ID of CNEE/NOTIFY needs to be provided on the bill of lading.

Other ports:

Guatemalan ports: Telex release & SEAWAY BILL are not accepted, while release of bills of lading at the port of destination is accepted.

Salvadoran ports: Telex release & SEAWAY BILL are not accepted, while release of bills of lading at the port of destination is accepted.

Nicaraguan ports: Telex release & SEAWAY BILL are not accepted, while release of bills of lading at the port of destination is accepted.

Puerto Rican ports: Telex release, SEAWAY BILL & release of bills of lading at the port of destination are accepted.

Paraguayan ports: Telex release, SEAWAY BILL & release of bills of lading at the port of destination are accepted.

Panamanian ports: Telex release, SEAWAY BILL & release of bills of lading at the port of destination are accepted.
